REDE LOCAL DE INTERVENÇÃO SOCIAL

A Rede Local de Intervenção Social (RLIS) do Concelho de Estarreja iniciou as suas funções no dia 2 de novembro de 2016 tendo como principal missão dinamizar o Serviço de Atendimento e Acompanhamento Social (SAAS). Esta resposta destina-se a todas as pessoas e famílias do concelho que se encontrem numa situação de vulnerabilidade e exclusão social, bem como de emergência social.

O SAAS caracteriza-se por ser um serviço de atendimento gratuito, contínuo, especializado e de proximidade à população tendo como principais pressupostos a inclusão e inserção social e profissional, potenciando a autonomização dos cidadãos e a mobilização dos recursos locais.

A Sede do SAAS funciona na Rua do Outeiro da Bandeira (antiga escola da Bandeira) em Avanca, com horário de atendimento diário.
O SAAS disponibiliza ainda um horário de atendimento descentralizado, nas várias freguesias do concelho de Estarreja.
